The adjoining living room offers stylish, comfortable furnishings, a widescreen TV, and easy access to the BBQ and outdoor living area. A second living room upstairs, complete with a TV and big cozy beanbags, provides the perfect retreat for the kids. The home is equipped with split system heating and cooling and Wi-Fi throughout for your comfort and convenience.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Four bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making this the perfect getaway for 2-3 families. The queen-size master bedroom, located on the ground level, features a walk-in robe, ensuite, and split system AC. The second bedroom sleeps 5 guests with tri bunks, a king single, and a single trundle. The third bedroom includes tri bunks, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom is located upstairs and features a separate bath and shower, plus a separate toilet.
A third toilet is located on the ground floor.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests. This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests. If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.
For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation. No smoking on premises No Pets Allowed Please note that this property is patrolled by Coastcom security.
