This property is ideal for 2 families or couples wanting to have a relaxing getaway together in our quiet culdesac location.

The Kitchen and Living Room Fully equipped kitchen, featuring electric cooking – induction cooktop and electric oven, bench seating up to 3 people, and an 8-seating wooden dining table. Relax and unwind with our full lounge set up in the living room, including a wide screen smart TV with air conditioning and a gas log fire heater for the cooler evenings. Downstairs in the second family room, a kitchenette is available. Head outdoors onto the balcony with a lounge setup and weber overlooking the bay of Mornington.

The Bedrooms and bathrooms The four bedrooms are designed to accommodate eight guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master einsuite. The other three bedrooms have a queen size bed, two with tv access. The last bedroom equipped with a desk and the other with a sliding door for entrance to the backyard. This property is designed with a beautiful and sleek bathroom providing a comfortable stay with a shower, bath, and sink. A sofa bed is located downstairs in the second living area.
