The bedrooms and bathrooms;

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 located on the ground floor with a central bathroom and separate toilet. The first bedrooms offers a queen bed, a ceiling fan and BIRs. The second bedroom also has BIRs, a portable fan and sleeps 4 guests in tri bunks plus a single bed. There are BIRs and a portable fan in the third downstairs bedroom which sleeps 4 guests in 2 sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and features a queen size bed, split system AC, a spacious WIR, a full ensuite and a separate toilet. All linen is provided and there are some beach towels available for guest use.

Outside;

The sundrenched balcony with miles of tree top views is easily accessed from the kitchen and is perfect for a morning coffee or a family BBQ .The fully fenced spacious yard offers loads of parking space for up to 6 cars or a boat and jet ski. There is a double garage with a table tennis table and internal access to the downstairs rumpus room.
