There are BIRs and a portable fan in the third downstairs bedroom which sleeps 4 guests in 2 sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and features a queen size bed, split system AC, a spacious WIR, a full ensuite and a separate toilet.

The sundrenched balcony with miles of tree top views is easily accessed from the kitchen and is perfect for a morning coffee or a family BBQ .The fully fenced spacious yard offers loads of parking space for up to 6 cars or a boat and jet ski. There is a double garage with a table tennis table and internal access to the downstairs rumpus room.
