The kitchen offers a large 90cm induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The large living room features 3 sofas and generous a 65in Smart TV.

The house is extremely comfortable in all weather, with reverse cycle air conditioning and heating throughout, and ceiling fans in all living areas.

The bedrooms and bathrooms: Coastal Haven offers 2 bedrooms downstairs and a master suite situated upstairs. The master bedroom features King bed and an en suite with shower and toilet. The king and queen bedrooms downstairs both have wardrobes and bedside tables. They share a gorgeous new luxury bathroom and toilet with walk-in shower, soaking bath tub and double basins.

Outside: Coastal Haven features stunning landscaped gardens, with the north-facing deck within the fully fenced area overlooking a manicured lawn and garden. The covered car port for 2 cars is also within the electric gated area. The outdoor alfresco area is the perfect way to relax – after a busy day or why not while away the day soaking up the sun and enjoying a beautiful BBQ on the large Big Green Egg while enjoying the vista of soaring gums and native birdlife.
