The kitchen and living room;

The fully equipped modern kitchen features wide stone bench tops, a generous size breakfast bar with seating, gas hotplates, electric oven, a microwave, dishwasher, a butler’s pantry and a solid family size dining table. The adjoining living rooms offer loads of natural light, cosy couches, a wide screen TV, split system heating and cooling and direct access to the balcony.

The bedrooms and bathrooms;

Four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The queen size master bedroom is located upstairs and features a full ensuite with double vanities, a WIR, a TV and split system AC. Another 3 queen size bedrooms are situated downs stairs, each offering BIRs, split AC and close access to the family bathroom. A second living room complete with a mini kitchenette, spilt system AC, a large TV and access to a private courtyard is located on the ground level adjacent to the 3 bedrooms. There is an additional 3rd toilet/powder on the upstairs level.

Outside;

After a day at some of Capel Sound’s most beautiful beaches relax and unwind with a family BBQ on the upstairs balcony. The rear courtyard is fully fenced for kids to play securely. There is drive way parking for 2-3 cars and just a short drive to the local café precinct and an abundance of world class beaches, wineries, and golf courses.
