The kitchen and living room: The kitchen, living rooms and generous outdoor dining are the heart and soul of this stunning home. Double French doors extend from the interior living to the elevation of casual outdoor relaxation. The kitchen features a high-quality gas stove with an electric oven, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a microwave, a breakfast bar and a dining table. The adjoining formal and informal living rooms offer cosy couches, wide screen TVs and a Coonara wood fire in the luxurious main lounge room. There is the added comfort of ducted heating throughout the home and Wi-Fi is available.

The bedrooms and bathrooms: The five sizable bedrooms are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. The master bedroom offers direct access to the outdoor living area and features a queen size bed, WIR and full ensuite with a claw foot bath, separate shower, and double basins. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and built in robes, single bunks and BIRs in the third bedroom, while the fourth bedroom also offers BIRs and sleeps up to three guests in the tri bunks. The fifth bedroom is located within the privacy of the spacious loft and features a queen bed with a lounge retreat and ensuite. The family bathroom is centrally located and there are four toilets available.

After a day at some of Blairgowrie's most beautiful beaches relax and unwind with a family BBQ on the upstairs deck with views across the treetops. The yard is fully fenced for kids to play and there is plenty to explore on this large block. The property provides ample parking for 3-4 cars including a double garage, while boats or jet skis can be securely parked behind the locked gates.
