The kitchen and living room. Well-appointed kitchen, featuring Bosch gas hotplates and an electric oven, dishwasher, bench seating, a coffee pod machine, microwave, spacious butler’s pantry, and a 10-seat dining table. Two comfortable living rooms, each with widescreen smart TV’s, split systems throughout the home, and balcony access from the upstairs living room.

The bedrooms and bathrooms. Four stylish bedrooms are designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, plus an additional 2 guests in a double sofa bed in the upstairs living room. There is a queen size bedroom with BIR’s and a family bathroom on the ground level. The first floor offers another queen bedroom with BIR’s and AC, plus a king size bedroom with AC. The fourth bedroom sleeps 4 guests in single bunks, a single bed, and a single trundle, together with BIR’s & AC. The upstairs family bathroom offers a wide shower, vanity basin, and a luxurious deep bath.

Outside. Absolute prime position located within easy access to gorgeous beaches, Dromana shopping, café, and restaurant precinct, local wineries, and great golf courses. The undercover outdoor living and BBQ area captures the afternoon sun, and is an ideal parents retreat while kids can safely play within the fully fenced yard. Driveway parking for two cars, and additional street parking is available.
