Directly next to the kitchen is the family dining and living room with direct access to the outdoor BBQ area. The dining table and living room comfortably seats 6 guests with quality furnishings and a wide screen Tv.

The bedrooms and bathrooms; Amaroo offers a perfect seaside escape for up to 6 guests! There are 3 queen size bedrooms and their own wall mounted Tv’s. The family bathroom offers both a shower and toilet and a second separate toilet.

Outside; Located directly opposite miles of white sandy beaches and the colourful shops of Capel Sound. The off road foreshore track stretches from Dromana to Rye so don’t forget your bike and runners! The fully fenced rear yard is safe for kids and relaxing outdoors on those long lazy summer nights. There is large outdoor dining table under the pergola and a gas Bbq. Amaroo offering you holiday ease walking to and from the beach or local cafes without the hassle of driving a car or parking. This fabulous holiday home is located in a prime position with an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and kids entertainment just a short walk away.
