There is a separate bath and shower in the family bathroom and an adjacent separate toilet.
Outside;
The fully fenced rear yard is ideal for kids to play amongst the shady native trees while parents can watch over them from the upstairs balcony. The outdoor living is conveniently situated adjacent to the kitchen and living room creating a fabulous atmosphere for families to enjoy together. There is a table tennis table in the garage and additional drive way parking. The beautiful Tyrone foreshore is just a few minutes walk away, and the local boat ramp is approximately a 3 minute drive. No pets please.
